Manufacturing Services

Exceeding Your Expectations

Included in our commitment to continuous improvement, our production processes are engineered to maximize the use of automation and respond quickly to changes, whether your production runs are short or long. While the majority of our manufacturing is done in our St. Louis plant, we will apply selective offshore outsourcing to reduce your costs and deliver maximum value when needed.

Electrical Accessories’ 35,000 square foot facility is organized into 4 separate, highly flexible, semi-automated production cells along with a state-of-the-art wire department. Our flexible manufacturing departments are a major means for improving both production flexibility, productivity and provides a foundation for our company’s competitiveness. The production departments are extremely maneuverable allowing us to manufacturer different types of products such as box builds, solder jobs, large power cables and cable assemblies all in the same day. Our semi-automated departments allow us to use the manufacturer specified applicators and tooling ensuring high quality production throughout the entire process.

The wire department shares a similar methodology, with computerized wire processing equipment, shrink tube and ribbon cable cutting equipment, testing and measuring devices.  The wire department design is engineered to maximize the use of automation and respond quickly to changes, whether your production runs are short or long.
